CDC Infrastructure, a subsidiary of CDC, acquires holdings mostly in mature stock, so-called “brownfield” shares but also in new “greenfield” projects. CDC Infrastructure operates mainly in France within the energy, telecoms and environmental activity (water, waste management) sectors.

CDC Infrastructure currently has a portfolio of 14 shareholdings (including SANEF, the Millau viaduct, GRT Gaz and LGV SEA) amounting to one billion Euros.  Its aim in the medium-term is to increase the value of its portfolio to 1.5 billion Euros.
